Ronald S. Rembisz, Ph.D
Ron attended Seton Hall University, graduating with a BA in Psychology. He received his Ph.D in Clinical Psychology from Texas Tech University, USA. As a co-founder of PSi he brings a wealth of experience gained in a varied career spanning over 20 years, as executive director of the Behavioural Sciences Institute, a large not-for-profit organisation in California, senior consultant with RHR, an International US-based consulting firm, and as an independent consultant. His primary professional focus is on organisational and leadership effectiveness. Born in New Jersey, he has worked and travelled widely and lived in Spain for several years before returning to the US to live in California.
Alastair Macfarlane, Ph.D
Alastair obtained a first degree in Business Studies and took a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations before gaining a doctorate for his research on MNC strategy in Southern Africa at Oxford, UK. He has had a varied career ranging over 20 years during which he has gained rich experience as a management practitioner, consultant, coach and facilitator. Alastair worked in the leisure and health sectors before taking up a university teaching post in Oxford. Leaving education he moved into consultancy and became a co-founder of PSi. Alastair’s work is international in scope and focuses on facilitating strategic initiatives for organisation, team and leadership development.
Hans Begeer
Hans is a qualified air force officer who received his BA in Psychology and Sociology and holds a Masters degree in Applied Industrial Psychology from both Tilburg University, in Holland and Aix-en-Provence, France. Hans worked as a university researcher in Holland and as a freelance consultant in France before joining PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Leaving PWC he launched his own consulting practice in Belgium before becoming a director of PSi. Hans continues to lecture at several post-university institutions in Holland and Belgium and is author of a number of books on management. His work is international and focuses on organisational improvement, change management, leadership and team development.
Erik Monballieu
Erik received degrees in Organisational Psychology from the University of Ghent, Belgium and in Bank Management from Bank Brussels Lambert, Belgium and ABECOR Banking Institute, Germany. He subsequently served as International Management Development Manager for Bank Brussels Lambert before founding his own consulting practice. His work focuses on aligning human resource strategies with business strategy and organisational culture and involves organisational change, teamwork, leadership and career development. Erik’s work takes him throughout Europe and he has been a visiting Professor on the MBA program of the Technical University of St Petersburg, Russia.
Beate Segbers
After studying psychology and history and completing teacher training at the Universities of Dusseldorf and Cologne, Germany, Beate worked as a consultant in adult education in Germany and Australia. Moving into management consultancy in the mid 1980s, she worked as a member of the Coverdale International Consulting group in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the UK. Continuing her own development she studied systemic organisational development, coaching and conversational therapy. Her current work is international scope and focuses on advising on company mergers and acquisitions and designing and implementing organisation change programmes.

Philip Der Margosian
Philip DerMargosian received a degree from California State University and attended the Juilliard School for advanced studies in the USA. He gained over 15 years experience in Fortune 500 companies in New York City before moving to London to head the Leaning and Development function for the European Technology Division of Goldman Sachs. Now based in Paris, Philip moved into consulting over 10 years ago and now specialises in leadership and team development. He is recognised for his international experience working in cross-cultural environments and writes and lectures on the topics of Leadership and Coaching.
Roland Liotard
Roland Loitard has a degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Aix-en-Provence, France. Roland has operated as a consultant for 15 years and has developed a deep understanding of individual and organisational issues. His work focuses on enhancing individual and group performance and efficiency and he specialises in competency development, change management, executive assessment, coaching and counselling, individual development, group dynamics, team building and facilitation. Roland is based in the South of France and, as well as his consultancy work, lectures at the University of Marseille.
Carol Boyce, Ph.D
Carol has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa and Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron, USA. She worked in a small consulting firm and for Goodyear before moving to California to take up a senior position with Aon Consulting, an international HR consulting firm. Carol is now a faculty member with the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management at Alliant International University but spends most of her time in her consulting work where she now has 15 years experience. She facilitates strategic initiatives for organisational, team, and leadership development. Her primary areas of focus include team development and facilitation, leadership coaching, talent management systems, change management and culture transformation.
Don Grayson, Ph.D
Don obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, and his Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Counselling Psychology from the University of Utah, USA. He directed the career counselling services at the University of Tennessee before moving into consulting with RHR International. Don has been in consulting for over 20 years and delivers of a range of services that include assessment, coaching, leadership development and 360 degree feedback. He has taught at the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management, Alliant International University and was a contributing author to Coaching for Leadership: How the World’s Greatest Coaches Help Leaders Learn.
Sam Bresler, Ph.D
Sam earned a Bachelors degree, an MBA specialising in Personnel Management and his Ph.D from the University of Pennsylvania, USA. He now has more than 30 years experience as a practitioner and leader in Human Resource Management working in a variety of posts, the most recent of which was as Vice President for HR, Learning and Leadership Development within Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). In addition to his consultancy work, Sam currently serves as a member of the Adjunct Faculty of Chapman University, Webster University, and UCSD Extension, where he teaches Organisational Behaviour, Recruitment and Selection and Human Resource Management.
Anne Hammond
Anne has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Organisational Psychology, a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and is currently undertaking her doctorate. She gained experience in senior posts across a number of Australian public sector agencies and private sector organisations both in Australia and throughout Asia before moving into consultancy. Anne’s work is international in scope. Her main areas of work focus on change management and organisational development and involve leadership, team and individual performance development, coaching and assessment. Born in Melbourne, Anne has lived in various parts of Australia, as well in the US, Germany and South East Asia and India.
Adrienne Isakovic
Adrienne has worked in the Middle East for 13 years in both government and private sector organizations. During her time in senior HR management roles she has had the challenge of creating three different Learning & Development and/or Organizational Development units from scratch as well as held the Acting Vice President role in a start-up HR department. She holds a Bachelor’s in International Studies, a Master’s in Multilingual/Multicultural Education, a Master’s in Organization and Management, and Ph.D. in Organization and Management. She is an active academic, researcher, presenter, consultant, and mentor/coach to fresh graduate employees and executive leaders alike.
Joanie B. Connell, Ph.D
Joanie gained a BA in Engineering from Harvard University and her Ph.D in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. Joanie worked an electrical engineer before becoming an organizational psychologist in the form of a consultant, a professor, and an in-house human factors engineer. She worked as a human resource consultant for Personnel Decisions International before becoming a consultant where she specialises in a number of areas including virtual teams, flexible work arrangements, and leadership development. She has taught organizational psychology courses at Alliant International University, University of California San Diego and National University and has published numerous studies, including a chapter on Virtual Teams in the Handbook of Organizational Consulting Psychology.
Robert J.J. Teunissen
Robert studied geophysics at State University of Utrecht in the Netherlands and managed projects in the Yemen and Lesotho before taking a Masters Degree in Management and later studying Clinical Organisational Psychology at INSEAD in France. Having fulfilled a strategic development role in an international company he moved into organisation development as head of the Management Development Unit for the European Training Foundation in Turin, Italy. Robert has significant cross-functional and cross business project leadership experience together with a deep understanding of how to effect sustainable change in organisations. Highly experienced in leadership development initiatives, he has strong consulting skills with extensive facilitation experience.
Joseph Paulson
After gaining an MSc in Defence Studies and International Relations, Joseph joined the Indian Air Force and spent 12 years as a military pilot. Hanging up his wings in 1992, he remained in the Air Force and moved into organisation and management development where he built on his existing leadership skills to provide support for individuals, teams and organisations. Leaving the military, Joseph moved into consulting where he has specialised in change management and performance improvement, delivering services to a wide range of public and private sector clients both in India and internationally. He is a certified and experienced user of a number of psychometric and 360 degree profiling instruments.
Nick Allen
Nick Allen is a business coach and corporate change specialist with an academic background in environmental sciences and psychology. For over 20 years he has been helping companies develop strategy, build capability and strengthen leadership talent. Nick has extensive experience in the financial services, technology, communications and energy sectors. His projects have taken him worldwide and he has spent many months in Moscow and CIS countries. He is a member of a philanthropic coaching team that supports young talent from across the creative industries. He is also a member of Association of Management Education and Development, Association of Sustainability Practitioners.
